1. Our Final Sale Policy

All successful orders placed with Barakah Collection are considered final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," style preference, or sizing errors. By finalizing your purchase, you agree to these terms of sale.

2. Quality Assurance Guarantee

We stand behind the integrity of our collection. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or is technically defective, we will honor our commitment to quality:

  • Report Window: Any defects or shipping damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Resolution: Upon verification of the defect through photographic evidence, we will provide a one-time replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused state with all Barakah Collection tags and packaging intact to qualify for a replacement.

3. Hygiene & Safety Standards

In compliance with global health and safety standards—and out of respect for our clientele—all items in the Barakah Collection (including apparel, accessories, and personal items) are non-returnable once they have left our controlled environment. This ensures that every item you purchase is guaranteed to be 100% hygienic and unworn.

4. Order Accuracy

We encourage our patrons to carefully review their cart, shipping address, and product specifications (size/color) before completing the checkout process. Once an order is processed into our logistics system, it cannot be modified or canceled.
